Furnished double rooms in a house. Two rooms, own bathroom, shower, hand basin and toilet, and private entrance in a 4 bedroom house. Walls, floor and ceiling insulated and DVS ventilation system in bedroom. Bedroom has queen-sized bed, can use bedding or bring your own. Bedroom has new bedside tables and a new 5-drawer tallboy. Sitting/living/study room has built-in cupboard, desk and chair, coffee table, small bookshelf and sofa. Both rooms carpeted and recently cleaned. Bathroom has tile floor. No party, pets or smokers. Special home in a quiet Torbay Street, if you like to unwind peacefully at the end of a busy day this house is for you. I do have a cat. Bus stops are outside the house. About 15 min walk to Long Bay beach, 8 min drive to motorway, 12 min drive to Albany Mall and Massey University, 25 min to down town CBD, 5 min drive to Brown’s Bay. Prefer long term renters - previous students have each stayed longer than 2 years.
