Located in a quiet cul-de-sac and within walking distance to the Tauranga Golf course, Race course and Greerton village, this house is a 10 minute drive to Tauranga CBD. This house is around the corner from the Greerton Aquatic & Leisure Centre, with numerous parks and public transport available nearby. The house is fully furnished but the room is not. Any additions to house furniture is welcome. Sorry, no pets or couples.

Looking for an awesome flatmate to join Kevin living in our 3 bedroom home. We bought the house together in 2022 and as I am relocating to Aussie we are looking for a new roomie to take over my room. We are looking for a flatmate who wants to make our house their home; we do enjoy a drink or two but this isn’t a party house. We live an active lifestyle but also enjoy a binge worthy tv series every now and again. The house has a shared bathroom, with separate toilet, laundry and spare room in case you have friends/family come to stay.
