self contained studio/unit with bathroom, toilet, cooking features, washing machine, fridge/freezer, heatpump. smaller size room off the side of a separate living space. This studio is located underneath a 4bedroom house, but has its own entrances, and single carparking right outside your front door.

the studio is for a single person only, would prefer of mature age, who works full time, and has interests outside of work hours, preferably. this is available under a casual basis rental, with 2 weeks bond and 1 week in advance. with 2 weeks notice when wanting to end tenancy. The studio is apart of a 4bedroom house which is occupied by me, my 2 teenaged children and our dog. we are fairly busy, we take pride in our property, are respectful and considerate, and are open to communication. please no muck arounds, we have only had friends and family renting the studio in the past and things have worked out very well, this is the first time its been made public.
