About the room
Hey future flattie! We’re looking for someone to take over a sunny bedroom in Mornington (Dunedin). The room is a generous size, has double-glazed windows and vents from the central heating system that’ll keep you toast over winter.
The house is in a quiet neighbourhood and around the corner from the nearest bus stop. Mornington shops and cafes including Countdown, the Mornington Tavern and Patties and Cream is a short 5 walk while town is about a 15-20 min walk.
About the roomies
You’ll be living with myself and Calvin - both working professionals, tidy and respectful. We are a busy bunch and like to do our own thing but don’t mind us a cheeky beverage or a spontaneous DMC.
We are looking for someone friendly, fun and tidy who wants to make this house a home. The room will come unfurnished. Rent is $200pw excluding utilities. Bond is $400. The room is available for move in. PM for details.
