Its a 3 bedroom house with an internal garage and off-street parking in a quiet neighbourhood with great neighbours. The bedroom that is available is the sunniest out of all 3 bedrooms, has a queen size bed, side drawer, a tallboy dressing table and a double wardrobe. The house has lots of light and has rural views, looking for someone who works full time. The $220.00 a week includes water, Internet etc -we just split the power.

You would be living with a female in her late 40’s that likes her home to be respected, clean and tidy, who works fulltime and has a pretty full on schedule. Plus a dog that thinks she owns the place, so MUST love dogs.
