Moving back into my house that I had rented out. I intend on traveling a lot so hopefully not there too often.

Have had my place in Oakura rented out while I was away for 3.5 months and left it rented as been living elsewhere. I’m sixty and looking at semi retiring soon so I can travel more. Place is semi furnished. There’s one toilet and separate bathroom in the 3 bedroom house. But theres also a sleepout with its own toilet and shower in the separate garage/ shed.
