XL room, furnished, different furniture than photo, with panoramic views, catches the sun, 2 bedroom unit, with off street parking, plenty of storage room in garage. 8 min walk to bus stop, plenty of eateries in town centre, gyms, pools, dentists, doctors, chemists, hairdressers, beauty salons, library and more. Very nice area.

Only one other flatmate, me. I’m a student in my 50’s, I enjoy traveling, socialising, cooking, spending time with friends and family, especially my grandchildren. I would appreciate a helpful flatmate, who will clean up after themself, knows how to use their initiative and is kind and considerate. I will however do most of the housework in return for help with I T. Good cooks are always welcome.
