Cozy room available from the 22nd of April in a 2bed townhouse on Cleveland road, Parnell. It’s a lovely quiet neighbourhood, close to Judge’s Bay, Parnell Cafés and a 10 min bus ride to CBD (bus stop is 3mins away). You get your own private bathroom as pictured though not en-suite, a queen bed and inbuilt closet. You also get a secure car port.

The house has 2beds + 2baths (downstairs), living + kitchen (upstairs), 2carport, We want to maintain a relaxed homely vibe with the occasional flat dinner/movie/drinks. Definitely not a party flat, no smokers, pets or couples unfortunately.

Looking for someone that knows how to adult (or pretend to at least), pay rent on time, keeps things clean and tidy, and is respectful.

3 weeks bond + 2 weeks rent paid fortnightly. Rent is $300pw including water. Power + Wifi extra split amongst 3. Looking for someone long-term - at least 9months.

The house will be shared with a couple (me + my partner) in their early to mid 30’s - ideally looking for someone in or around the same age range. I work in digital marketing and my partner is on a WHV. We enjoy going on road trips, being out in nature, ‘trying’ to keep fit and also some downtime watching Netflix etc.
