Hi, one room available in our lovely unit in Sandringham. The room has a reasonable size built in wardrobe, a single bed and besides bed table and a desk where you can work, study or read. We have a small size front yard and fully fences. No on site parking available but many on street parking places. Bus station is just a few minutes walking. We located very close to St Luke’s shopping center and Dominion road - where you could find many different unique Asian food restaurants. If you are a good walker, tolerance foot travelers - Mt Eden also around 25mis walk away where you could see the view of stunning Auckland from above :) The house is fully furnished with washing machine, fridge and cooking appliance’s. So you don’t need to buy anything just your food/drink in daily basis. This room is available immediately but only for shorterm rental. Suitable for people who are coming to Auckland for short term stay/work or waiting to find a place to call home. No couple or pet sorry. If you found this works for you. Keep in touch :)
