Looking for a couple to fill a room available at the top of Cuba Street, move in from 18 September!
Great location on Webb St (top of Cuba ) flat. A large, light and spacious 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom house. All the flatmates are pretty independent but enjoy catching up for a drink, games, movies etc. We are looking for a similar vibe
Huge room, with a super roomy wardrobe. Has a big, open living/dining/kitchen area and a heat pump, so is very warm. There is also a car park outside (at an additional cost) if needed.
The rent is $390 plus expenses. Approx $60 a month (power and wifi)
