Ensuite room with queen bed available. Very spacious, sunny house with large garden. Bedrooms are located downstairs and there are two different living spaces upstairs along with the kitchen and laundry. Property located well off the road with a carpark space down the driveway. There is a bus stop for city buses located about a 1.5 min walk away. Lots of storage space and wifi included in the rent (power on top to be split amongst roomies each month).

Two quiet and very easy going females (30+ and 60+) already living at the property. Existing flatmates are moving back to Singapore so we need to fill the room until November (date potentially negotiable) We have two adored cats so roomie would need to like cats.
