My GF and I will leave Wellington for more sun in the north. We are looking for a person or a couple for our friendly and sunny house located in Berhampore Wellington. The house is a 2 story, 3 bedroom which just built 4 years ago, so pretty modern. We have a heat pump and all the appliances including a washing machine, dryer, fridge, unlimited fiber, one off-street parking, oven, and plenty of on-street parking, You will live with 2 other males both professionals who are all working full-time jobs. The rent is 300$ The bond is just 500$!
