We are looking for a student for our downstairs double bedroom. Or someone on a working holiday visa. Ideally suited for short-medium term.

The room comes fully furnished. All bills are included in the price.

The bedroom is spacious and cozy, perfect for a student. TV and Chromecast included in room with your own double wardrobe, chest of draws and bedside tables.

Shared downstairs bathroom with a shower. Access to all kitchen amenities. Ocean access from our garden to!

Located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, our house is just a short drive away from local shops, restaurants, and cafes.

You’ll be able to explore everything the city has to offer with Hobsonville Ferry, just a 10 min drive away, too.

We are a small family, so we are looking ideally looking for someone who’s chilled, works to, and is independent. But you’re always welcome to join us for family meals. Our kids are 3 and 5 and lovely and social and respectful.

Were 16 mins drive from Massey, constellation drive and Albany with no traffic.

As explained above. We are a chilled family of four looking for a student. Ben is a personal trainer and yoga teacher and Kaz works as a freelance makeup artist and beautician. Looking for someone like minded, chilled, someone who’s independent and works to and properly best that they have their own transport as the bus stop is a 15 min walk away but at the same time it’s a lovely walk. :)
