About the room
Hello, I have just secured a 2bedroom, 2bathroom Newmarket apartment (Queen’s Lodge). I am moving in on Tuesday, 11th April and will start to furnish the place then.
Your room will be unfurnished so you will need to bring your own stuff! You will have your own bathroom (washing machine and dryer are in your bathroom so I will need to use these🙂). However, if you need the room furnished, it’s negotiable!
Rent will be $300 inclusive of water, electricity and internet. Bond will be $600.
About the roomies
You will be sharing the place with me, a 30-year-old female working professional. I value my own time and space but also enjoy a good chat over occasional kai or coffee! Looking for a tidy and responsible single🙃 No pets, smoking or vaping please!
