Kaydy-Moana's room

Kia ora! We will have one bedroom available in our home from the end of May. Our home is located in Mārewa, Napier, close to Marine Parade. It is a sunny home with a big park behind us. We are about a 10minute walk from the ocean. It is a child friendly environment. We enjoy having my niece’s and nephews visit. It is a drug free and smoke free home. We also do not drink alcohol but it is OK if you do.

Rent is $230 a week including internet and power.

Plenty of off street parking, fruit trees and gardens. We have four chickens 🐔 There is a double garage for you to store things in.

Our expectations are that whomever lives in the home respects the home. We will all support with cleaning and up keep of shared areas.

I share this home with my Dad who is a bit of a legend. He loves to surf and snowboard. And with my partner who also loves to surf.

We have rolling flatmates who often are coming from overseas on working holiday experiences. We stay active with surfing, tramping, gardening and sport. Dad and I both work in the social services field and are committed to creating safe communities. We love to speak te reo Māori and would love to find someone who would also like to give this a go.
