Kia ora! We have two rooms that we rent. At this stage our next availability will be one room from around December 2026. We often have flatmates on working holiday visa’s who just want to stay in one area for around 3 months. So if the listed move in date doesn’t align with you but you like the look of our place, please reach out anyway as we may have upcoming availability. We are open to short and long term stays.

Our home is located in Mārewa, Napier, close to Marine Parade. It is a sunny home with a big park behind us. We are about a 10minute walk from the ocean or 20minute walk from Napier City. It is a drug free and smoke free home. Please think about whether this tikanga aligns with you first before applying. We also do not drink alcohol but it is OK if you do.

Rent is $230 a week including internet and power.

Plenty of off street parking, fruit trees and gardens. We have three chickens 🐔 There is a double garage for you to store things in.

Our expectations are that whomever lives in the home respects the home. We will all support with cleaning and up keep of shared areas.

I share this home with my Dad who is a bit of a legend. He loves to surf and snowboard. And with my partner who also loves to surf, carve and go the gym.

We have rolling flatmates who often are coming from overseas on working holiday experiences. We stay active with surfing, tramping, gardening and sport. Dad and I both work in the social services field and are committed to creating safe communities. We love to speak te reo Māori and would love to find someone who would also like to give this a go.
