We are advertising a large, unfurnished, sunny bedroom with a built-in wardrobe. You will have your own bathroom which has a shower and bath, as well as a shared toilet downstairs. There is 1 off-street car park and free on-street parking available.

The kitchen and dining areas are shared and we are fully stocked on amenities (e.g. dishes, glasses, pots/pan, cutlery, etc.) so you won’t have to bring anything yourself.

To keep you busy there are several walking tracks nearby including the Northern and Skyline walkways which can take you to the local park, Mount Kaukau, or further afield if you’re game. We are conveniently located up from Johnsonville where the library, supermarkets, takeaways, and newly refurbished Keith Spry Pool are all a short distance away.

Broadmeadows is an ideal location if you work in town or in the greater Wellington region and has easily accessible public transport nearby.

My wife, Annabelle, and I are both 27 and have been together for 7 years. We recently got married at the end of 2022.

Annabelle is currently studying to become a nurse and enjoys being a homebody. You can normally find Belle watching television, taking care of her many houseplants, working on her embroidery, or playing with our cat, Milo. I work in town as a policy advisor and am easy-going and enjoy socialising. I like to spend my free time hanging out with friends, playing/watching basketball, and doing artwork.
