Ellen's room

We’re looking for a third person to move into our lovely house in North East Valley! The house is on a quiet street on the sunnier side of the valley, and is pretty cosy with 2x heat pumps. Modern kitchen and bathroom and comfortable lounge area. Shared bathroom with extra separate toilet. There is a patio/deck out back and a double garage for your car. The available room light and airy, it is not furnished however does have built in wardrobe.

I’m 27 and work at the hospital. I’m easy going and tidy. I enjoy the outdoors, music, scrapbooking, good food, going to the pub! The other tenant hasn’t moved in just yet but he is also a professional working at the hospital (also mid-late 20s).

The house would be best suited to someone who is reasonably tidy as well as friendly and open to the occasional movie night! Ideally in a similar age-range, working professional or post-graduate student. Not a party house.
