About the room

Fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment for rent near the corner of Gloucester St and Durham St right in the city centre. We are a 2 minute walk to the Art Gallery, a 14 minute walk to the hospital, and have a plethora of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The furniture pictured will be included.

This is a holiday house. Rates are: 4-12 weeks: $680/week (includes utilities) More than 12 weeks: $540/week (excluding utilities) Maximum occupancy: 4 people.

2 car tandem car space available for $70/week.
