The studio is located below ther Roomies house and is a private area surrounded by trees and bird life. Off street parking. Safe nieghborhood. CCTV secuirity. 5min drive to CBD or a 20 min walk. Internet and water are included. Power and Gas are shared. The entire Studio is included for the asking rent.

The Roomies living on the top are semi retired, we freindly and quiet, definatly not party central. We are looking for roomies that appreciate peace and quiet, mature profesional people prefered.
