Hey! we’re looking for a new Flatmate to join our Flat in Georgetown for the rest of this year!

preferably looking for..

• someone available to move in asap -someone aged 18-25, working or studying full time
• okay with a small to medium sized room (you will also get almost free range over the lounge as we don’t use it often) -gets along with our flat cat -willing to help in a cleaning roster
• $150 per week plus power and internet split between the rest of us
• 1 minute walk from the teachers college, 10 minute walk to new world south city and around a 20 minute walk to SIT

You’ll be living with 3 other people in their early 20s either working or studying full time! we also have two wee cats!
