$20 of the weekly rent goes towards bills. if the utility are higher it will be passed on at an even split.
Medium room and Large Downstairs room will share a bathroom between the two rooms. Everyone else has their own.
House is on one corner of 10 acers of bush with great views over the city.
Close to the city but far enough way to have your own space.
Please note I take ownership of this property on28/4/2023, so viewing will need to be arrange as I need to talk to the agent, and I also currently live 2 hours away so viewing will most likely will be on a Friday evening or over the weekend.
About the roomies
molly dog, cat. I have my kids every second week but we have our own space downstairs that I close off while they are there.
