Hello! We are looking for one person to fill a room. The house is located in Marewa, about 10 mins walk from Marine Parade.

The room - it’ll come furnished with a double bed and drawers, otherwise is up to you how else you’d like to furnish it! There’s a built in wardrobe also. The room gets great light through the day. Rent is $180pw plus bills, we can chat further if you’re keen!

We have a fire and a heat pump, as well as a cat called Grover so we’re not able to have any more pets. There is a garage at the house which you’d be welcome to store items in if needed. We’ve got Netflix and Neon on the chromecast. Kitchen facilities and utensils included in rent, you’ll need to provide your own food. Shared food (oil, flour, spices etc) will be covered in bills at end of each month. We’re looking for a non-smoker.

Hoping to find a like-minded person to live with us! Move in date would be from about mid-May, bond and rent in advance required to move in.

About us- we’re mid-20s, have recently moved to Hawkes Bay. We enjoy cooking and relaxing with some Netflix or some games on the switch. There’s a large garden at the house so we’ve recently enjoyed getting stuck in and are hoping to start a vege garden soon. We both enjoy going for walks and exploring, as well as a hit of tennis. We’re sociable and enjoy a drink or two, but this is not a party house. We both work during the week.
