About the room
Looking for someone (ideally a couple) to join my partner and I at our rental property in Timaru - pretty central location, walking distance to New World, town and beach, with a dairy across the road.
Rent is $112.50pw each for a couple ($225pw total) or $150pw for a single person. Bills are split each month and usually come out to a total of $75-100 each per month.
Huge room with great natural lighting - plenty of space for up to a king bed + desk, tv, small couch. Room is in a double story house with 2 large living areas, 2 toilets, garage for you to use and a room dedicated to a gym space.
You will need to sign on to the lease, this is a rolling contract (month on month. Can provide further details at request).
About the roomies
You’d be living with Emalee (Me) and my partner Matt. I WFH every day as General Manager for an overseas agriculture business and Matt works 7:30-5:30 locally at a timber store. We’re both very outgoing and are happy to spend some nights hanging out, but also love our own time kicking back, watching movies and relaxing on weeknights.
We are 25 and 27 years old :))
