Murphy Road

This is a lovely little modern flat down a long driveway. Small garden out the back. It’s by a retirement area, so no loud parties. It’s pretty quiet considering it is close to a school and just down the road from the centre of Taradale. Preferably looking for another female between 24-40. Note: The rent/ bills is an over-estimate. Rent for the flat is $265 a week, and internet/power is $40 a week (this includes a buffer for high-power months, and excess will be returned).

She may a take a few weeks to get used to you, but she’ll warm up to you soon enough.
