Brittany's room

We are looking for someone to join us in our four bedroom, two bathroom flat in Johnsonville. The flat is close to everything you need, being a 12 minute walk to Raroa Train station or a 15 minute walk in to town.

The room available is a decent sized double bedroom which gets excellent light and has space to move about. As there is no built in wardrobe, we are also offering the office as a package deal. This is ideal for anyone looking to work from home or wanting extra storage space.

The room + office is $207.50 and flat expenses are $25 per week. This covers power, internet, gas, lawns and other shared expenses (e.g. cleaning products, toilet paper etc.)

The lounge is open plan with a large kitchen, gas stove top and plenty of space. Our large driveway makes off street parking easy. You will be sharing a large bathroom with two other people.

We are seeking a friendly individual who is over the age of 25 and working full time (no couples unfortunately). Preferably someone tidy and respectful who enjoys the occasional movie night or flat activity.

3 females over the age of 25. Working professionals who enjoy catching up in the afternoon for a chat or occasional flat activity (games, walks movies etc.). We are also happy to do our own thing and are respectful of eachothers space.
