Bright room available in a VERY bright house in Remuera!
About the 🏡 The house is at the bottom of Bassett road in Remuera, 10 min walk to Parnell & Newmarket - v ideal, yet feels like we are in the rainforest with the surroundings 🌳 Rent is $280 + bills are maximum $20pw each based on our current spend. (Rent will be higher for a couple)
The house is 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The whole apartment is super bright and open plan, with a great deck & indoor/outdoor flow.
The bedroom is a good size & has a built in double wardrobe on one end. Bedroom is unfurnished. Will be sharing the bathroom with one female flatmate.
About the roomies
About us 💃🏽🕺🏽 We are both women in our late 20s. We both work full-time Monday-Friday, and during the week we are VERY chilled - work, gym, food, Netflix vibes. Weekends we are either hibernating trying to save $$, exploring the wilderness, or out and about pretending to be ballers and then regretting it on Sunday. We also have 2 very cute cats who are friendly & sociable.
