The vision of this boutique farm lodge is to provide up to 6 tenants with a comfortable and affordable living environment with amenities that make you feel at home and not residing in a boarding house. Perfect for local workers or anyone looking for a slower paced lifestyle.

The property is conveniently located on state highway 50 and is in close driving proximity to Waipukarau (15min), Dannevirke (22min), Hastings (45min) and Napier (1 hour).

PRICING: 28 to 90 day renewable leases available. 3x double rooms available at $320 per week 2x single rooms available at $270 per week inclusive of power, internet, water, gas, weekly cleaning service and plenty of shared amenities.

Applicants will be screened for suitability with a maximum of 5 tenancies at one time. Successful applicants will be required to pay 1x week bond + one week rent in advance.
