Sunny room in Miramar $145 p/w + bills. Looking for a flatmate to join a cozy, sunny house in Miramar early May. Ideally 8th of May but we can be a bit flexible. We want to arrange house viewings asap!

Large open lounge space, excessively large kitchen area and separate toilet from bath. One parking space for the house and plenty of free street parking. Backyard with fresh mints for your evening tea.

Power, internet, gas is split between the tenants once a month.

2 min drive to the Miramar shops, 2 min from Seatoun and 3 min from the beach with the number 2 bus stop 15 sec away from the doorstep.

The main bedroom is a corner room that faces North and East, gets loads of sun during the day. LOADS! All furniture (bed, desk, shelf, clothing rack, chair) can be left for you for a small price if agreed. Room 3.8M x 2.4M
