Beautiful property in rural Kerikeri, fully furnished and self-contained, converted bus with 1 double bedroom, bathroom, and living/kitchen with a small single bed. Includes bedding, crockery, cutlery, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, electric frypan, single hob, airfryer, pots, and use of BBQ. Great outlook onto the sheep paddocks. Lambing starts July. You are welcome to explore the property, which is a 25-acre lifestyle block with river access. 10 minutes drive to Kerikeri and 15 minutes to Paihia. Price includes electric, gas, wifi, water, and rubbish. Also use of washing machine and dryer, and space in freezer, all of which are in our carport. Ideally suited for a single, couple, small family, or 2 sharing. Children welcome. Well behaved dogs and house cats welcome. Essential that they are good with livestock, dogs, and cats.

About the roomies

We are a couple enjoying our lifestyle block. We have sheep, pigs, cattle, ducks, and a chicken, as well as a dog and 2 cats. We live in the cottage on the property and don’t share the bus.
