I’m looking for a mature adult that is employed.

Rent is $200 a week including all bills, power, gas, fibre internet etc. everything except for your own food and personal consumables. I will be happy to negotiate the rent to a suited applicant.

House is a 3 bedroom,1 bathroom, separate toilet, and lounge, kitchen. Private backyard. Off-street parking. 10 min drive from upper hutt CBD, shops, supermarkets, train stations etc.

House is fully furnished even the room that is up to fill . Will only be living with 1 other person (me) so real chill and easy going. No smokers or pets.
