5 to 10 mins walk to Avondale train station, bus stop 2 mins walk away Off street parking available. 30 mins peak time to drive to CBD.

Bills, chores etc are split up between all flatmates Power, water and rubbish etc are extra

I have 2 rooms available This is for a Double room, it has a TV on the wall if you want This is slightly smaller than the other double (which is an option if you want currently unlisted as its full of my crap ill tidy up soon but that is $20 more a week) It will fit a Queen size bed and has single built in wardrobe. there is a bathroom in the hall outside this room, that you have almost exclusive use of (its also the guest bathroom if people visit) Some bedroom furniture is available if wanted, or bring your own, the listed price is for an unfurnished room. happy to chat about it.

Looking for a quite ish professional, would be good if your ok with large dogs living in the same house. Ideally you can feed and keep yourself clean, and generally know how to adult . You being gay or gay friendly would be great too

Currently its just me and the Dog, 5 bedroom house, but only looking for 1 or 2 flatmates in total. pretty quiet chill house, have a few BBQ’s now and then but no 4am benders
