I have a double bedroom available in a top floor of a beautiful home, ready for someone who wants the living luxury of sunshine, outdoor space and a 4 minutes walk to Courtenay Place!

The house is fully furnished, except for your own room!

Warning: must love cats and dogs(as we may have cute fluffy visitors from time to time!)

It’s perfect for you if enjoy some chilled social time but it is not a great space for partying (as there’s a neighbour downstairs!)

Rent cost: $370 per week plus expenses (not yet sure how much expenses will be!)

You will be living with me, a 31 year old professional in Human Resources. I love to cook, relax and enjoy dinners and wine with friends. This so a great space to relax and wind down from the work week.

Additional option: I am currently doing Hello Fresh meals. You are welcome to join me in this too and share cooking duties during the week if you want some free nights to yourself!
