I have a choice of two bedrooms both have double wardrobes and are double size. Both have beds one with a queen size and one with a king single. There is a main bathroom which would be shared with one other roomie. Main tenant has ensuite bathroom. There is also a third toilet in the garage. The garage is internal and has previously been used as a bedroom with a lounge area so this could also be available and would keep one room free. The house is currently on the market but if sold to an investor they want to keep it tenanted so I’m looking in advance of that, will know for sure by the 2nd May. Its a lovely home with a great indoor/outdoor flow. Central to Dress Smart/Pools/Gym/Motorway.
