About the room
We are looking for a fourth person to join our sunny 4bed/2bath home in Berhampore!
About the house:
- large outdoor spaces (a sunny patio in front and a large covered deck and a big garden in back, with apple and peach trees and free space to get creative)
- large central shared space, with an open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge.
- shared bathroom with an over-tub shower, and a separate wc toilet (shared with only two of us, as upstairs has their own)
- furnished (apart from your bedroom)
- located a VERY quick walk to the #1 bus, and just round the corner from the Berhampore shops and community centre.
About this bedroom:
- wood flooring and high ceiling
- lots of natural light
- stand-alone wardrobe can be provided if needed
- two doors - one leads to the shared lounge, and one is your own door to access the shared back deck.
This room will be $210 per week in rent, plus 25% of our shared house expenses (power, internet, and basic items for the house).
Bond is $475, and the landlord is also requesting the last two weeks of rent paid up-front (so, a total of $895).
About the roomies
We are three international 30-somethings (from Wales, US and Turkey) and one cat (from NZ), looking for a laid-back but reliable flatmate to join our little whānau. We’re chilled and enjoy socialising together but are also independent much of the time. We would prefer another female to join us and help keep things balanced, as we are currently one female and two males… but it’s certainly not a dealbreaker!
