Rent: $330 couple and $250 single. Expenses are split even roughly $20-30 pw/pp.
The rest of the house is furnished with TV, kitchen and other appliances. Has washing machine and dryer for rainy days.
You’ll be living with one flatmate (myself) - a full-time working male in his mid20s. Quite, tidy and responsible, love outdoors, and occasional board games.
I am looking for like-minded people who are looking for a long-term place to call home.
