This house is huge, full of character and has a massive shared area. Very private part of Newtown, surrounded by foliage and down a driveway. Walking distance from New World and the Newtown shops. The room you’ll be taking is perched up at the top of the house giving extra privacy and very cosy. Plenty of space for a bed + more. I have it currently set up with a desk and a double bed, with a tonne of storage space spare. Holds a nice bit of warmth as it’s right up the top of the house. Built in shelves and walk in wardrobe.
