We offer short or long term (negotiable) an immaculate ,furnished & self contained room (The bed is King size and super comfortable memory foam . It is totally private with its own access and secure parking area. ( extra room for larger vehicles ie; camper vans - if needed ) If you want to feel like you are on holiday every time you come home and be totally relaxed immersed in nature ….. We live on a very private, peaceful and quiet lifestyle block . You have everything provided for cooking in your area and can share our laundry. Which has awesome views with 2.5 hectares of native bush , a pond and stream to explore and enjoy. We are centrally situated in Dairy flat being 15 mins from Silverdale Pak n save ,13 mins from Albany mega centre and 10 minutes to Riverhead. We are fortunate to have two driveways which allow us access to both Dairy flat and Coatesville . We are a retired couple in our sixties who are very easy going and enjoy the company of others, but totally respect privacy. We mostly work around home me in my garden and art room , my husband in his garage…. there are never enough hours in a day for all the things we want to get done.
