Looking for one flatmate to join my house in Napier. Close to the Tamatea Pak n Save shopping area. The room is unfurnished, however it has a new set of drawers which you are welcome to use. The house is modern, warm and fully furnished. There is a third room which I may look to fill at a later stage.

Need to keep communal areas tidy, including the bathroom that you would have to yourself. Must be an animal lover as I have a 3-year-old Golden Retriever who is super friendly and loves a pat.

Rent is $250pw includes power, unlimited wifi, netflix and cleaning products.

Two weeks rent paid in advance will be held as bond.

1 existing flatmate. I am a male in my mid 30s and the home owner. I work full time including working from home Mondays and Fridays. I enjoy socialising but also appreciate some down time. Not a party house, but happy to have the occasional drink.
