We’re a group of friendly and respectful professionals looking for a new flatmate to join our happy home. If you value both a welcoming atmosphere and personal space, you might be the perfect fit!

Cozy, unfurnished room for a single person with excellent insulation and comfort. Includes a sturdy wall-mount for your tv too! The room also comes with a bathroom downstairs.

Location: quiet neighbourhood with convenient access to public transportation. Proximity to shops and restaurants in both New Lynn and Blockhouse Bay.

We’re a laid-back and friendly group, currently there are two couples living in the flat. Now, before you freak out, let us assure you that we all get along really well, and there’s no need to worry about getting caught in the middle of another couples arguments. Not the case here at all.

One couple tends to stay in their room almost 99% of the time, while the other couple is more social.

We enjoy each other’s company, whether it’s hanging out, BBQs, movie nights or indulging in board games. However, we understand that everyone needs their own space. Don’t worry, we’ll still be around to say hi and check in on how your day was when you emerge from your den.

So, if you’re the kind of person who appreciates a good balance between socialising and having your own quiet time, you might just be the perfect fit for our home.

What We’re Looking For: We’re on the lookout for someone with a bit of adulting experience, someone who’s lived in a flat. It’s important for us to have someone who treats the house and everything in it with respect, treating it as if it were their own space. We’ve got a cleaning schedule in place, and it would be great if you’re down with that. It’s all about keeping things organised and shipshape.
