Fully furnished large studio with its own entrance, own kitchenette and own bathroom and shower available for rent. Rent include water, power and fibre internet. No sharing of facilities, the studio is self contained unit under the main house. One off street parking (car port) available, plus plenty of space for second car on the driveway.

Owner is a couple with no children living in the main house above the studio unit. No sharing of facilities with the owner.
