Little bit about the room/house:

• Rent is $275 + $25-$30 for expenses per week. (4 weeks bond and 1 week rent in advance)
• The room can comfortably fit a queen sized bed with extra space for other furniture
• Room comes with a double wardrobe
• House is of course furnished with some cool bits and pieces (including white ware)
• The house has a beautiful view of island bay and gets lots of sun throughout the day!
• There is plenty of off-street parking and close to bus stops!

The ideal flat mate is someone who is of course tidy, can pay rent on time and considerate but is also a girls GIRLLL hehe 🤪 We’d love to have someone likeminded but can also bring their own flare to the mix! Message me if ya interested, we’d love to get to know you 💕

You’ll be joining 3 gals in their mid to late 20s and I like to think we’re pretty cool (we’ve all got our own lil quirks). We all work full time in varied professions. We love to hang out from time to time but appreciate our independence too.
