Tasmin's room

Hello!

We have a downstairs double room available. Afternoon sun! The room is furnished with a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. You will just have to provide towels and other furnishings. Shared kitchen and lounge and your own bathroom downstairs to use.

Our house is located in Newlands. We have lots of car parking out on the street and a bus stop 2 mins walk at the top of the street. About a 15 minute bus into Wellington CBD.

Local New World supermarket and shops are located a 10 minute walk from home or 1 minute by car.

Other perks include a lovely backyard and beautiful sunsets from the lounge!

Ideally we’d prefer a short term flatmate but are happy to discuss further options if necessary.

We are a professional couple in our late 20s both working full time.

We are chilled out, enjoy relaxing at home, watching movies or exploring the outdoors, going out for drinks and socialising with mates. Looking for someone who is clean, tidy, independent but friendly (always up for a chat/movie/takeaway night/beer).
