Gorgeous brand new house in the countryside just outside of Greytown. North facing, very sunny with a huge deck to enjoy the views of the Tararuas. Quiet and peaceful with a spacious lawn and garden, this property is a real haven.

Light and bright with double sliding doors opening on to the deck, the large open plan living, dining and kitchen area is the hub of the home. The kitchen is huge with large island, 5 burner gas oven, double dish drawer and walk-in pantry. There is a laundry off the kitchen with additional fridges, washing machine, dryer and linen cupboard.

This is a very warm house, well insulated and heated by a heat pump in the living area. Fast internet.

The house is four bedrooms, two bathrooms. There are only two bedrooms occupied, leaving one spare room for guests and one which I use as an office. Your bedroom is at the other end of the house from mine, giving you privacy and your own bathroom, which is across the hall from your bedroom. Your bedroom is dual aspect with a sliding door opening to the front deck. Built-in wardrobe, wall lights and block out curtains. The very comfortable king size bed is provided (sorry this can’t be moved), so you will just need a chest of drawers and bedside tables.

The house is fully furnished and kitted out, there is not really room for anymore furniture.

This place is an absolute joy to live in, the neighbours are wonderful and it feels like a real oasis.

The move in date is approximate, can be discussed. No pets or smokers.
