Upstairs: Bedrooms + main bathroom.

Downstairs: Kitchen/lounge/laundry/extra toilet and courtyard.

Street parking only - 30sec walk. (no parking on site). No pets sorry. Quiet neighbourhood.

Included: 2x Rooms to yourself - some bedding for a queen, a shelf, coat hangers, included + a room next door for more storage with your own break out space - TV and couch. (Note: I can provide a queen bed if needed)

$45 bills (of the $375) (includes water/power ‘within reason’ and and unlimited fibre)
