Cuba Street

Hi! I’m going away for 1 month from the 13th of March until the 15th of April and want to sublet my 3 bedrooms apartment located in the iconic Cuba street (upper Cuba). I have a cat who is very easy and lovely and you will need to feed her which is super easy. Watering the plant will also help as they make the apartment so much nicer. There are two single rooms available for rent for $250 a week, internet included. Power isn’t included so you’ll pay what you use. The bill will be shared in half between the two occupants. You’ll need to clean the place before you leave. It’s a very cute old apartment that is lovely furnished. There’s everything you need!

The bathroom has a shower and one toilet. It’s tiny but clean. The kitchen is very basic but good enough to meet your needs.

The dates are form the 13th of March until the 15th of April included.

I will only accept responsible adults who love cats and are happy to look after Millie and the plants while they stay at my place. Maximum capacity is two single people.
