Come and join this warm & sunny 3 bed home in Ngaio with myself Amber, early 30’s, working in design, my little tabby cat named Honey who is extremely smoochy and Daniel, mid 30’s, working as a risk analyst + his cat Oscar.

Bedroom is $275pw + expenses which will be split equally (I suspect this will be around $25pw each). Room has an in-built wardrobe and will easily fit a queen bed & desk. House will be fully furnished, you will just need to furnish your room. Room is 3.5m x 3.1m. Off street parking is available.

Seeking an awesome flatmate who is social, easygoing & takes pride in where they live. The house is in an ideal spot in Ngaio, is North facing and enjoys beautiful views of the bush and skyline. Mt Kaukau & Trelissick park are close by, as well as many other walking and mountain bike trails. Awarua Street train station is a 7 minute walk and will take you directly into the city. Khandallah shopping village is a 2 minute drive, as well as the New World.

This home is an entertainers delight and there will be many games nights and dinners with friends around the fire pit & would love for you to join! Please note this is not a party house but a lovely space to unwind in after a long days work.

The balcony is a beautiful place to sit and enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the wildlife and admiring the view. Bathroom has a walk in shower with rain head and large deep set bath. I have a bit of a green thumb so bonus if your mindful about the environment & recycling! & if you enjoy a games night you will fit right in.

The house was built six years ago, is fully insulated, & has double glazing so will be toasty warm in winter. House is in a no exit street so very quiet and safe.

I love the outdoors, walking, camping, board game nights (love a game of articulate) or cards, music and an espresso martini always goes down a treat. Honey loves neck scratches and chasing her toys. She is a very affectionate wee girl and will give you plenty of snuggles if you wish. Daniel loves goes to the gym, running and playing soccer. We are always up for a yarn/drink or happy to do our own thing also. Please note we are not a couple.
