A nice new house (5 years old). Some scenic views. 2000 meters from the Coastlands beach which is a cool beach with not many people using it. You would predominantly have your own bathroom (with shower and bath) and toilet apart from if I have say have a visitor staying in the other room from time to time who may also need to use the bathroom. I would expect you to clean your own bathroom and toilet. I use my ensuite. There is a data point in the room so could hook up internet etc or TV ( I have a spare TV) but I’d have to get an installer in to do the TV. The rooms not huge but its big enough to have a queensize bed with built in wardrobe and a set of drawers. Its a back section so quite private and you can park outside the garage .

I live there on my own with two little doggies. I work, am a bit of a creative type in my spare time, love music and Im pretty easy-going. Im looking for a clean, tidy person who is also easy going. Even better if they aren’t here every weekend or if they do shift work but that isnt essential.
