The room is within a family home, bathroom and kitchen are shared with the other 3 occupants who are friendly, respectful and predominantly professional females, we also have a fluffy male cat. The room is on the ground floor of a split level property. It would suit a single person, student or professional who would like to be in a quiet environment with polite and positive people.
Rent is $220 per week which includes power and internet. Bus stop and Newlands supermarket just a 5 minute walk away.
No smokers and no pets.

About the roomies
We are all busy professionals with our own schedules. We don’t socialise together but we have a good chat when we see each other. Everyone is respectful and polite. Large bathroom is shared between 4 people and there are 2 WC’s. We each work at different times so there is no waiting to use the facilities.
