(One thing to note, it’s an upstairs bedroom, curtain on the staircase as a door. You will have your privacy but it doesn’t come with a door) Great locations, bus stop and Bordeaux Bakery right downstairs, not too far from lot of the government offices, and New World Thorndon. Location is 220 Thorndon Quay. Rent is $290 per week, power and internet is about $75 -90 a month. Bond is 4 weeks. Move in after 10 July or can discuss. Looking clean and tidy roomies to share our the common space. Parking can be discussed.

You will be living with a chill subtle couple both working but love cooking and watching movie at home occasionally you will be invited to join our meals, board games, and movies. Please pm me with a brief intro about yourself for viewing arrangement. Cheers
