We are looking for a guy or girl to come and join our cosy Brooklyn flat!

The flat is super sunny and warm, with a large modern kitchen and open plan dining and living space that look out across beautiful Ohiro Valley/Brooklyn. The flat is well-established with everything you need, but bonus points if you have a fridge or tv!

The available room is a decent sized double room with built in wardrobe and plenty of room for your belongings. Rent is $205 and bills are $20 per week to cover internet, power and some shared flat supplies.

Move in costs as follows: Bond is $650, $200 to be put on the lease, and 2 weeks rent in advance.

Move in preferably the weekend of 20th or 27th May but negotiable.

We’re planning to have viewings this after work this week by arrangement.

Existing flatmates are all females in our late 20’s - early 30’s. While we’re fairly independent, we’re a friendly bunch and love to have a yarn when we’re home and enjoy the odd games/wine night. We are tidy and hassle-free and are after someone similar :)
